Something happens to make Matt loses it completely and he unleashes that famed "Devil inside the Murdock boys".

Bonus if he removes/loses his helmet and people freak out at his vacant stare.

I would love for the Punisher to be involved somehow - romantically or not.

Maybe he has to stop Daredevil from killing anyone (because Matt shouldn't kill anyone, that's Frank's job because his hands are bloody already) and ends up having to fight Matt until he calms down ? (huhh maybe it ends up with them fucking more than fighting).

Maybe he's too late/unable to do anything about it, and Matt has killed everyone in the room. He then has to pick up the pieces about it, once Matt realizes what he's done.

Or maybe there are no pieces to pick up, because Matt is just laughing hysterically when he's done and he has just cracked for good.

(Oh the imagery... *desperately wants to write this but can't manage*)
