"The thing is, Foggy has a reputation for being a very good kisser. But when he and Matt are forced to share an awkward, distracted smooch for Reasons, it's not the best kiss ever. It isn't horrible particularly given the circumstances, but no one's world was rocked, you know?

(supposedly. if matt got fluttery over an awkward, half-there kiss from his best friend, well, it's not like he isn't used to ignoring any non-platonic feelings by now.)

But Matt does feel free to rib Foggy a little about it. That was the famous Nelson charm? He doesn't know if he's impressed. He might have to ask for a refund.

Foggy gets a little indignant. Foggy may feel the need to prove himself. And honestly Matt was kidding, he hadn't meant anything by it, only now Foggy is slowly, carefully taking off Matt's glasses and cupping his jaw and oh God is he really going to -
