One of the Cards Against Humanity white cards is "Daniel Radcliffe's delicious asshole". A fan once met him and got him to autograph, which he was really excited about, and actually thanked the fan for it because he'd been hoping someone would have him do that ever since he heard about CAH.

So, latest Cards Against Humanity expansion includes something about Daredevil. Maybe something about his ass in that new suit, something funny. Matt chuckles when he hears about it, but doesn't really think twice about it - until someone he rescues has that card on him and wants him to sign it.

The fill:

“What is this?” Daredevil says, in his growly gravel voice. He’s still poised for a fight, half shadow in the dim lights of neon shop signs and a single buzzing street lamp. There’s a mugger with a gun out cold at his feet and he’s not even breathing hard.

Tiffany gulps. “It’s a game,” she squeaks, “it’s a party game it’s kind of a joke it’s not an insult or I mean it is but that’s kind of how the game works I’m sorry I mean really it’s kind of a compliment if you look at it right it’s just—”

Daredevil takes the card, and stares at it in what must be shock and probably horror, and Tiffany kind of wishes she’d thought twice about asking the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen to even look at something bearing the words “smexy leather bondage suit.” But it’s too late now, Tiffany’s handed him the card and he’s reading it and there are some things in life you just can’t take back.

“A game,” Daredevil says. His voice is like avalanches.

Tiffany nods. “It’s called Cards Against Humanity,” she says in a tiny voice. “It’s a, a matching game, you have a black card with a—”

“I know it,” Daredevil says. He’s still staring at the card.

“Oh,” Tiffany says weakly. “Good.”

Daredevil looks up at her. When she tells this story to her friends later, Tiffany will swear up and down that she could feel his eyes boring into her soul, judging her for her life choices.

“I don’t have a pen.”

Tiffany’s eyes go wide in surprise. “I have a pen!” She scrambles for one in her purse, which is suddenly the most cluttered bag in the history of the planet. After a few moments of rummaging that feel like several hours, she produces a pink glitter gel pen. She winces, but it’s the only one in her bag – she keeps it there to piss off the guys at work who keep borrowing her pens and not returning them. Tiffany tests it on a receipt and prays that Daredevil isn’t as fussy as Esteban the barista about girly things.

Daredevil takes the pen. He takes a moment to frown at it, but he doesn’t backflip into the night so Tiffany chalks it up as a win. He presses the pen deliberately against the card, drawing a painstaking line followed by an agonizingly slow curve. He hesitates before touching the pen to the card again, carving out another meticulous line and curve before handing back both the card and the pen.

Tiffany stuffs the pen in her purse and clutches the card to her chest, already babbling thanks and apologies all garbled into one. Daredevil gently interrupts her rambling with a quiet, “You’re welcome,” and Tiffany belatedly remembers to add in thanks for beating up her would-be mugger, too.

“Will you be safe getting home?” Daredevil asks. His voice still sounds like he gargles concrete.

Tiffany nods. “I live just around the corner, actually. And– and if–” Tiffany takes a deep breath, gathering up her courage. “If you want something for your throat, I have some really nice tea my grandma sends me. It’s great with a drop of honey. Or if you want I have a cough drop in my bag somewhere—”

Tiffany starts to rummage through her purse again, but Daredevil politely says, “No thank you,” and then practically flies up a fire escape like a wuxia hero before Tiffany has a chance to say anything else.

“Okay then,” Tiffany tells the empty alleyway. The mugger’s still lying there, unmoving, and Tiffany wonders if she should call the police. Probably she should, but what if the mugger wakes up before they arrive? Not worth it, she decides, and hurries away.

She doesn’t get a good look at the card until she’s already in the stairwell of her building. Daredevil’s signature turns out to be two interlocking Ds, and they’re the sloppiest Ds Tiffany’s ever seen. The curves don’t even cross the lines, one of the Ds is almost twice as large as the other, and everything’s a little bit wobbly. “What kind of superhero can’t sign his own name,” she grumbles as she lets herself into her apartment.

Wilson Fisk is the Kingpin and Daredevil is his assassin/bodyguard. Frank Castle is the guy Fisk calls in when he wants to make a bloody statement against whatever group has crossed him. Foggy was the public defender that got Fisk acquitted the first time around and now Fisk will never let him go.

Sometimes, when Matt or Frank do a particularly good job, he lends them his pet lawyer. After all, the guy’s got a mouth on him, might as well put it to good use outside the courtroom.

Twisted!Matt, Twisted!Frank and helpless!Foggy, please and thank you!

Bonus if Matt and/or Frank are actually pretty fond of Foggy, even if it doesn’t make them stop the sexual favors.

There are so many stories of the Avengers (and others) hating the Punisher for daring to kill people and confronting him about it, being all righteous and "We're the good guys, you filthy scum!". You can see that however you like, but the fact of the matter is: almost every single Avenger has killed people before, some even onscreen and very callously.

- There is no way Clint was never sent out on assassination missions, same with Natasha (who also killed many people before defecting). They are their best agents, and even a non-HYDRAfied SHIELD would have sent them to kill so. many. people.
- Thor regularly smites (and smashes and fries) the enemies of Asgard, can you really say he never killed one of his human foes? And do non-humans just not count? So we can't count the Jötnar, because they're "big blue monsters"?
- Banner can't control the Hulk at all, how come not a single soldier or innocent bystander died in one of his rampages (maybe even while he was on the run)? All the smashed buildings could have easily killed a few people.
- Steve regularly killed people in the war. There were explosions everywhere and you can't convince me that having a supersoldier smash a giant, reinforced hunk of metal into your face doesn't end in at least one person getting their skull pulverised. Even if you don't count that, he vehemently defends Bucky, who was an assassin for decades and even before that definitely put bullets into many peoples heads.
- Tony has very callously and obviously killed people onscreen, making witty remarks all the while. Just remember his getting out of that cave and his first Iron Man mission. And don't get me started on Ultron.

You see where the trend is going? And all of them had the same mindset: This is an enemy/terrorist/criminal! I'm doing what's right! They were hurting innocent people, they deserve it!

It sounds very, very familiar, because that is exactly the Punishers motivation. Yet they hate what he does, why? Because he's not government-sanctioned? Because he uses guns? He's too effective? They just don't like his logo?

I'd love to see a situation where a few or all of the Avengers very obviously confront Frank about his murdering ways, maybe telling him "his sob story doesn't justify this" or something similar, and then someone just snaps and tells them to stop with the BS, it's not like they're any better. Let that somebody really lay into them, not necessarily because they agree with Punishers methods, but because they hate the hipocrisy and holier-than-thou attitude.

I would love if that person was Matt, who definitely isn't cool with Punishers methods, but I get the feeling he would pick him over the insensitive and hypocritical Avengers any day (since he is also very not cool with the way they handled the aftermath of the NY Battle).

Bonus points if somebody unexpected backs him up. Random Hells Kitchen residents? The waitress from Franks favourite Diner? Karen?
Maybe have one person defend the Punisher because they think he's doing the right thing, to counterpoint Matt hating Franks methods, but hating the Avengers attitudes more.

Virtual cookies if Frank has a WTF? reaction, because he never thought Daredevil of all people would be on his side, and the random other people defending him just makes him go "what the hell is wrong with you all?". I could see him being very stoic when confronted by the Avengers, only to crack slightly when he gets help from an unexpected corner.

All my love if you somehow manage to turn this into Frank/Matt (or just them getting a friendship out of it), because the situation makes them rethink their stances a bit and learn more about each other?

Prompt:
Matt never gained his abilities by shoving that old man out of the way.

Instead, he was snatched away from Jack at a young age by some shadowy organization (HYDRA? The Hand? The Chaste? Fisk? Filler's call) and used as a test subject to create *filler's call*. Whatever happens to young Matt causes him to lose his sight, but gives him his enhanced senses.

His handlers train him to fight, to kill, and push his limits, all the while trying to repeat the results on others, but they never do. With Matt as their only 'success', they don't want to send him out into the field for whatever shadowy deeds this shadowy organization wants done, so Matt grows up in complete isolation, eventually forgetting Jack and even his own name.

And then, one day, Subject DD 19-64 runs away.

While on the run, Matt ends up saving somebody (oh, hell, we all know its Foggy) from *whatever* and ends up being taken home by Foggy, or follows Foggy home. Either way, Foggy (law-student or lawyer) isn't turning away this strange guy who looks like a helpless lost duckling, but who can somehow fight like a pissed off goose.

I've only ever seen it done with Matt as a guy. Which is definitely awesome and I love it because it's my guilty pleasure pairing. But I'd love to see the power couple of Kingpin and his lady love dealing with Mathilda Mikaela Murdock, the sightless spitfire whom we all know and love. Then he asks Foggy to go with him when he'll go see her next as moral support. Foggy is so happy Matt is listening to him, he doesn't even notice how white his face is.

The day comes, Matt meets up with Foggy and they go. Matt doesn't speak, Foggy thinks he just needs to gather his courage. The they walk into the graveyard... and he gets it.

Matt didn't lie - he needs Foggy close as he finally let's Electra go, once and for all. There are some sweet goodbyes and confessions... then he says, that he has to leave her, since he decided to stay. After the events of Season 2, Matt's life has gone to shit. His job prospects are all but ruined, he's cut ties with all those he considered friends, and Elektra's death is still making his body ache at the thought. He makes a halfhearted attempt at getting a job but he's denied at every turn, getting hired as a blind man is hard enough but employers can sense something's off about him. Matt can't pay his bills and eventually loses his apartment.
Out on the streets, he puts all his time and energy into Daredevil-ing, to the point he barely looks after himself.
And then one night, he ends up half dead in a dumpster and a passing Avenger (Steve? Bucky? Tony? Or maybe Clint/Natasha realise he fits DD's profile?), bleeding heart that they are, just can't help but take the poor guy in. One's first instinct may be to get him to a hospital but at the very mention of the word the man freaks out. And he can sure throw a punch.
Or, Peter Parker, out on one of his dumpster diving adventures searching for computer parts and whatnot, is surprised when he finds said dumpster occupied by a bloody and beaten up homeless guy (and seriously, who's going around beating up blind homeless people???). He would call an ambulance but the guy's very insistent about "No hospitals".
I don't mind if Avengers/Spider-man come across Daredevil instead but thought it'd be nicer if they're just taking in a poor random homeless guy instead and get a shock later. Creative freedom up to filler~

Maybe he's too late/unable to do anything about it, and Matt has killed everyone in the room. He then has to pick up the pieces about it, once Matt realizes what he's done.

Or maybe there are no pieces to pick up, because Matt is just laughing hysterically when he's done and he has just cracked for good.

Maybe Sherlock and John are in the States for a case? One of their persons of interest tells them off and says that if they want information, they can go talk to their lawyers, goodbye, slam door.
And thus did Holmes and Watson first darken the entryway of Nelson & Murdock.
- Whether or not he shares this deduction with anyone, initially Sherlock really, truly thinks Matt's lying about being blind. The evidence is all there! But then after a few more interactions, he suddenly blurts out, shocked, "You're blind." Karen and John are unimpressed with this observation.
- Actually, Sherlock is certain EVERYONE at Nelson & Murdock is a liar. He's not wrong, though Foggy falls under this umbrella reluctantly. (Sherlock may think this makes Foggy the weak link. Foggy disabuses him of this notion.)
- John follows the latest superhero/vigilante related gossip coming out of New York somewhat religously. (He likes reading about other people spazzing about the ridiculous nutters in their area, it's cathartic.) Sherlock couldn't care less. Not his area.
