Matt/happiness: birthdays

Matt is not used to celebrating birthdays. His dad would always find a gift for him, even when they were tight on money, when he was a kid. But he never could celebrate like other kids did, throwing parties, preparing huge cakes, all the limbo. And then he landed in the orphanage and as much as the nuns tried their best to make all the kids feel loved and taken care of, birthdays were a luxury they simply could not afford.
Matt grow up without really celebrating a single birthday in his life, but he was ok with it. He couldn't really feel the lack of something he never tried before.

That was until Foggy throw him a huge surprise party where he invited his entire family during their first year of friendship.

Give me teeth rotting fluffness please. I want Foggy to be super caring and considerate and make sure his family will cover Matt in awesome gifts from head to toe. Making him all his favorite dishes and buying an amazingly delicious cake. Buying ridiculous party decorations and make Matt feel them. Anything you can think of.
Give me Matt being overwhelmed at first but overjoyed later, give me Matt just experiencing one of the happiest day of his life.

Bonus points:
-If there's tears at some point
-Foggy being the best friend ever of all friendships history
-Matt just being an emotional mess (but a happy one)
-(Some shippy goodness? I ship these two like burning. But gen is great too.)

Agh, is it okay if I someday write this as a chapter of one of my stories (it's a Matt/Happiness series of vignettes, basically, so you don't have to read through the whole thing) and then post it here as a fill when I eventually finish it, which will probably be in...a while?

But somebody should totally give this a real fill!!!
