Matt/Foggy AU - Matt isn't a lawyer, Foggy is the inside man

So WHAT IF Matt decided that he needed to fight earlier on and dedicated himself to becoming a vigilante sooner? Soon enough that he never became a lawyer, just focused on being the Man in the Mask.

Foggy, though, still didn't become the butcher his mother wanted. I'm thinking he took the job after the internship but it works if he decided on his own to go the Hero Lawyer route. However it works Matt realizes that Foggy is one of the few people not on Fisk's payroll and he recruits Foggy to fight the good fight, along with the Karen&Ben team, Claire, and maybe Marci too. They work together to try and take Fisk down and slowly Foggy and Matt become closer as time goes on and as the mission gets more and more dangerous.

Really I just want Foggy to know Matt as Daredevil first and Matt needing Foggy as an intelligent lawyer but then as a friend and feeling conflicted about that, and how all that would change their dynamic. Suspense! Identity porn! Intrigue! Foggy making Deep Throat jokes!

(PS this isn't about Foggy taking Claire's place pls they can share the I Know And Like This Vigilante corner lbr there's room for a whole city there)
