RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2015 TV show in some way.

Discussion not related to the prompt should be moved to the discussion/off-topic post.

Prompts

Matt is an Avenger and the Avengers consider him as someone respectable and see:

Daredevil as 'hurt, hurt, hurt, devilish smirk, hurt, hurt, hurt'
Matthew Murdock as 'calm, calm, calm, charming, calm, calm, calm'

But then Foggy appears and one "Hey, Matty." was all it took for the calm collected, devilish Daredevil to be all, 'cuddles, cuddles, cuddles, pout, cuddles, cuddles, cuddles'

and Everyone's all, "We need to warn poor Franklin Nelson about DD's real personality!!1!"

And Foggy's like, "No, it's you people who don't know him."

cannot stop giggling. cuddles cuddles cuddles. yes plz.

Haha, I love the idea of the Avengers trying to look out for Foggy.

Oh - with how well Foggy accommodates Matt's blindness and how good Matt is at covering his vulnerabilites maybe the Avenngers see Matt letting Foggy guide him, or hear Foggy narrating for him and wonder if Foggy knows that Matt doesn't need it. (But it makes things a lot easier for him - not to mention it's a socially acceptable reason to get close to Foggy.)

So maybe Foggy got angry at Matt over not really needing the help he has always given during The Reveal, but can you imagine how pissed off he'd be if the Avengers who barely know them tried to take him aside and (essentially) go "you know you don't have to burden yourself for him right??"

I can just imagine them going "You know he never asks anyone else for any of that stuff." And Foggy snarling back "Yeah, that's because he doesn't trust you assholes to respect him. Not that it seems to have made a difference."

Oooh, and make it worse - they don't realise just how sensitive Matt's hearing is, so they do this where he can hear it, and Foggy knows it, knows that Matt can hear his 'allies' casting aspersions on his character which is why his answer's so vicious. (Especially if it's one of the 'nice' Avengers taking him aside - e.g. Captain America)
