RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2015 TV show in some way.

Discussion not related to the prompt should be moved to the discussion/off-topic post.

"Do you mean..? What were you listening to?" Matt let Foggy disengage from him. Heard his jacket brush the edge of the desk. Felt the hitch in his breath when he realised what he was hearing. When he realised what had Matt hard at his desk.

The rough sound of his finger on the laptop's roller mouse. Click. The sounds abruptly stopped pouring out of the headphones, in the middle of that /asshole/ describing what it felt like when Foggy choked on his dick. "Shit, tears in his eyes! Wish you could see thi-"

Foggy's heartbeat was roaring, adrenaline scent filling the air, fear-anger-shame, no, no, no...

"It's not your fault. It. We'll get the clip taken down. God. I'm. You don't have to talk about it. If you don't want."

"What about these?" Matt had almost forgotten the veiled hints. The first one that had asked after his dad, but the next one mentioned his dad's gloves, and the next pondered what he had against dogs, and then... Well, there wasn't anything there that would have outed him if you didn't already know, and it was about half a percent as important as this.

"Those aren't..."

"Someone knows, Matt! This is the hugest deal!" Entirely fear, now, way too much adrenaline, his lungs moving like a hurricane, and he was leaning forward to brace a hand on the desk. Crap.

He took a step towards Foggy and another to the side, bringing him in reach of the laptop without crowding his partner. Matt snapped the laptop shut.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you about the recording right away. I'm sorry I didn't stop them. I'm sorry any of this happened, but we can..." 'put it right', Murdock? How can this ever be put right? "We can work it out. You'll. It'll be okay."

Foggy might not even be hearing him, but the tone of his voice (the one he used for frightened kids when he was working, the one he thinks of as his soothing voice) couldn't be hurting, right?

Foggy's head is still down, chin to chest, and Matt can't smell tears but there's something ripping the words out of Foggy: "No, it's... I didn't know they were gonna... You don't..."

Plan B, then. Matt tugged the chair closer to Foggy and guided him into it. "It's alright. I know."

(A/N: I'm a vicious person who reads 'misunderstanding' fics and stops before anybody communicates effectively, and apparently I write them that way too. Hope you've like it! By the way, Plan B is cuddles and petting Foggy's hair, and letting him break down while hiding his face in Matt's chest but I couldn't keep Foogy incoherent for long enough to do that justice without ruining my evil plan.)

Further A/N: I've just realised that this doesn't make explicit that it's a gangbang. My thinking was that the narrating asshole would explain away his narrating because he was talking to the guy enjoying Foggy's ass, and so Foggy wouldn't be suspicious? I'm so sorry, OP.

OP - Thank you for filling my prompt! It was great. I'm wondering now what happens when Foggy manages to tell Matt what actually happened...
