• Prompts
  
  1. All types of prompts are welcome.
  
  
  2. Use the subject line for the main idea of your prompt (pairing or characters, keywords, kink).
  
  
  3. Warnings are nice, but not mandatory. Get DW Blocker if there's anything you really don't want to see.
  
  
  4. Reposted prompts are allowed once one round has passed - i.e., prompts from post #2 cannot be reposted until post #4. Please include a link to where it has been previously posted.

  1. Put [FILL] or something similar in the subject line when posting a fill.
  
  
  2. Announce your fill on either the Completed Fills Post or the WIP Post.
  
  
  3. Long fills can either be posted over multiple comments, or posted on AO3 and linked back here.
  
  
  4. Multiple fills are always okay.
  
  
  5. Fills can be anything! Fic, art, vids are all welcome.
  
  
  6. If it wasn't written specifically for the prompt, it doesn't count as a fill. You are welcome to provide a link to already existing fic that does fit the prompt, in case the prompter hasn't seen it, but it doesn't count as a fill.

Yes, absolutely, if Matt has been killing nonstop then there's absolutely no reset button for him, no do-overs. I think Frank would struggle more with himself, getting himself to the point where he would have to accept his role in what's become of Matt Murdock, but once he finally got to the point where he wasn't making any more excuses for himself, yeah, I think he'd do Matt right quick. With love, actually. Frank would consider it a mercy killing, because Frank would have to know Matt never ever ever intended to be That Guy that he'd become, yknow? Matt wouldn't want to live that way, and of course Matt can't off himself. Frank would do him the correct favour of taking care of the problem.

You know Matt would understand why Frank would hold a gun to his head there at the end, I think he'd know what was coming and he'd accept it, he wouldn't struggle, he'd just close his eyes, like a lamb to the slaughter, and let Frank be his executioner.

Shit, dude. This nonexistent AU has made me sniffly twice already. Time to go read some happy(er) Frank/Matt. ♥

You make some very good points and paint some extremely sad images. Ugh, I kind of want to write this (because it doesn't seem like anyone else will), but I also don't have the time for it. Convince me, Nonny? Maybe if we discuss this in more detail I can get something together.

OP here! I have been reading all the comments on this post and loving every single one of them, but haven't been able to comment because the only place I am not logged in and can anon post is my desktop and I have been reading on my phone.

author nonny here :D I'm sorry this is so far from what you originally prompted, but I'm glad you like the idea. I'm working on it, should be able to post tomorrow, but of course ideas are always welcome so if you have anything to input go ahead :) you're also welcome to talk to me on tumblr, because I'm sad fratt trash who's desperate to talk to others about this ship.
