RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2015 TV show in some way.

Discussion not related to the prompt should be moved to the discussion/off-topic post.

Prompts

Use the subject line for the main idea of your prompt (pairing or characters, keywords, kink).

If it wasn't written specifically for the prompt, it doesn't count as a fill. You are welcome to provide a link to already existing fic that does fit the prompt, in case the prompter hasn't seen it, but it doesn't count as a fill.

Flat | Top-Level Comments Only

Foggy's niece is visiting him, but when she suddenly disappears it's an extremely desperate (and feeling hypocritical) Foggy who asks Matt for help finding her. ("Is that...a shirt of her you're holding out to me, Foggy?' 'Yes. Do your bloodhound thing.')

Only Matt (after trying to find her and having no success whatsoever) has the terrible suspicion that she didn't simply get lost but may have been taking by this trafficking ring he has been tracking over the last few days. And now time is running out before she'll be moved from the city and he'll have to move fast.

Clearly, the most rational and quickest course of action is to let himself be taken as a victim.

Your choice of whether he lets himself be kidnapped as 'clumsy Daredevil tonight, whoops' or 'Mike Murdock, why yes, I'll follow you into that dark alley, strange guy from a bar, I hope you won't do anything to a pretty blind guy, right...?' but either way, Matt ends up with the rest of the kidnapped people, ready to be shipped out to wherever.

At which point it's head-cracking time.

(I absolutely wouldn't mind if of *course* not everything goes according to plan and Matt gets into some pretty dicey situations while there, maybe even partially stripped, photographed for sellers, and/or groped against his will, but please no actual non-con - looking for kickass-DD, not poor traumatized Matt at the end of the day^^°)

BONUS if afterwards Matt somehow can't get away from the scene (either the police is there too quick for him to disappear unnoticed, or maybe Foggy's niece is too terrified to let go of him, or there's another reason he can't leave) and he's therefore hearded back to the police station with the rest of the victims. ('Is there anyone we can call for you, sir? Our psychologist really does not advise any victims of recent trauma to return to their homes alone. Maybe especially with your, uh, condition, I mean....'

Matt: *draped in orange blanket. nursing a coffee and wearing borrowed police-issue sunglasses* *heaves a VERY long-suffering sigh* 'Same guy as for her. If you could call one Foggy Nelson, please...'

Double Bonus if, when Foggy comes to the station to pick them both up (thankfully not-that-traumatized niece still babbling about DD coming to save them all) he is absolutely torn between OMG MATT THANK YOU SO MUCH and MATT WHAT THE HELL I DID NOT MEAN FOR YOU TO LET YOURSELF GET *KIDNAPPED* WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU THAT *THIS* IS YOUR MODUS OPERANDI' and then he takes them both home for comfort cuddles because this at least is his superpower.

I would love to read this, especially the "dicey situations".
