I've read a lot of really good fics where Foggy in college goes out of his way to look up how he, as a sighted person, can help Matt and Foggy knowing what ableism looks like because of all his research and always immediately jumping to Matt's defense.

But I want the opposite, I want a Foggy who assumes Matt will tell him when he needs help, and maybe he asks Matt questions about things as they come up but he doesn't exactly go out of his way to research things about being blind. He just assumes Matt will always correct him when he makes mistakes (and Matt, being Matt, doesn't tell him and goes out of his way to act like everything is fine because he doesn't want Foggy to treat him any differently).

And then he sees Matt really struggling with something (registering for classes, maybe, if the forms aren't compatible with his screen reader?) or someone (classmates treating him like he's a child or assuming he has a learning disability or something) and Foggy just doesn't know what to do. Because he's never realized before exactly how difficult things can be for Matt or how shitty people can be towards anyone who's disabled.

And Foggy feels terrible because he realizes that he's probably been really ableist himself in the past, and Matt tries to reassure him that it doesn't matter "because everyone's like that, Foggy, I'm used to it by now, it's fine" and that just makes Foggy feel worse.

OP here! Thanks for the link! I've read that fic before, though it's been a while and was fun to reread.

I was gonna joke that "nothing's sexier than punching each other in the face" but for them it actually is

day-late A/N: also I might. might write more, I kind of like the idea of Foggy trying to sort of feel his way out while talking to amnesiac!Matt, since. it's p clear that while this is definitely Matt, there are parts of him that are strikingly different from the man Foggy knew. also, the whole Daredevil thing. that kind of needs addressing.

Judge Marshall Erikson presides over the Fisk case. (I think he becomes a state supreme court judge or something but meh *handwaves).

Now, Marshall is a very, very nice guy and he's not even known for being "tough on crime." He believes in second chances, but he became a judge to fight corruption and he has absolutely zero tolerance for it. This is bad news for Fisk and his legal team, as Erikson was a lawyer himself and knows many of the dirty tricks a legal team can pull in order to get key evidence discounted in court and he won't stand for any of it.

So of course Marshall Erikson is going to have a giant target on his back for presiding over this case. Luckily, Matt has suspected that anyone involved with the Fisk trial would be in danger so he takes to protecting him. Any kidnappers, assassins, hitmen, snipers, supervillains, etc ordered to take Erikson & Co. out have to deal with Daredevil first.

Bonus:
+ The rest of the HIMYM crew being involved- they get kidnapped, something like that.
++Robin really is in SHIELD and can hold her own against any baddies.

Gen or any pairing is fine.

Matt gets wildly embarrassed by dirty talk, whether it's directed at him or his partner tries to cajole him into saying something dirty to them. He just gets so flustered; he starts stammering and his face goes beet red. It's adorable.

I don't think they'd actually punch each other in the face; there's no way they're in the same weight class (at least given the way Frank looks in the comics). I was thinking more along the lines of Frank holding the pads while Matt hits them. And Matt smirking every time Frank tells him to "work the bag."

Music School AUs

We both like the same practice room and whenever you get it I play as loud as I can in the room next to you. Eventually, we start playing duets through the walls.

Two people are fucking in one of the practice rooms and we both go to investigate.

This is ridiculous and i love it.

Matt and Foggy are studying contract law in the library at eleven pm on a Saturday when an unmistakable quiet moan emanates from the astronomy section of the library. Marci and her new boyfriend, Ted, are becoming intimate only several yards away. Foggy can't hear a single thing because, thankfully, they're trying to be discreet, but Matt has no such luck. His enhanced senses mean he is now going to have to pretend he can't hear a nearby couple having sex because Foggy really had his heart set on studying at the library.

Foggy snaps a finger next to Matt's ear, jolting him out of listening to Marci's heavy breathing and heart rate.

'Matt? Are you in there?"

"Uh..yeah. Sorry, Foggy, what did you say again?"

"How did you come up with the answer for number 7?"

Matt flips through his pages loudly to try to tune out the sound of Marci removing her shirt. It doesn't work.

"You can find number seven on page 341 of the book. Third paragraph down."

GodDAMN it that moan from Ted is just...how do you even GET a guy to make that sound?

Did Foggy ever make that sound when HE was with Marci? Oh, fuck-

"Your ears are really pink right now, man. Do you have a fever or something or are you just that much into contract law that you're getting a little flustered?"

"Ah-"

Matt doesn't have to finish the sentence. Marci and Ted finally stop making the effort to be discreet as he lets out a long, loud moan. Foggy's heart rate goes up.

"OH."

"My hearing can be a little oversensitive," says Matt, his face in his hands. Understatement of the year, but it will do as an explanation.

"So you heard them...this whole time?" says Foggy in a choked sort of way.

"Yeah."

"We should um. We should go. Anywhere else."

Matt and Foggy packed their bags hastily, and left the library in a rush. Thankfully, they left before Marci and Ted had the chance to climax.

Yeah this was supposed to be a fill and not a very serious one either. If someone else would like to write a longer, edited one I personally would love it...

I didn't realize until after I posed that I changed tense at the end. Sorry!

I'm looking at gifs of their kiss, when his hand is on her neck and I want Matt to just overwhelm Claire, hold her down and wreck her. Rough sex and dominant Matt. Complete and enthusiastic consent please.

I want it made clear that Claire knows exactly the kind of violence he's capable of physically and that it is a huge turn on for her that he could be rough within the parameters that she set up and that she can trust him to never really hurt her and never do anything she doesn't want him to do.
