You can definitely leave a link to it! But if it wasn't written specifically for the prompt then I don't consider it a fill, exactly.

(plus, some people might be prompting something because they've read something similar and want more, so a link to an already existing fic might not be what they're looking for.)

I mean, you should absolutely reply with a link if it fits the prompt! There's every chance that the prompt poster hasn't seen it, and would be delighted to read it.
