I can't wait for more! I've been looking for a badass Foggy prompt to get filles for so long and it's finally happening! I cant wait for the next chapter!

Re: Karen is a serial killer

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 04:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Hng, yes. Just hypothetically speaking ... What if after killing Wesley, she hit the bottle and had a breakdown not because of guilt, but because she /liked/ it?

Re: Foggy + Truth Serum

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 05:00 pm (UTC)(link)
I wouldn't have a problem with that.

Re: Daredevil/Brooklyn Nine-Nine

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 05:16 pm (UTC)(link)
Imagine the bull pen discussing the validity of Daredevil as a crime-fighting vigilante, like the way they argued about best cop movies. Or Holt being called over late at night to Hell's Kitchen for work and almost being attacked by mobsters, until Daredevil saves him -- and meeting Matt through Kevin the next day.

Jake and/or Boyle becoming drinking buddies with Foggy. BRETT MAHONEY BEING FRIENDS WITH THE NINE-NINE

Foggy overestimating Matt's abilities

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 05:17 pm (UTC)(link)
When Foggy heard 'I could tell everytime you lied' he somehow interpreted it it as 'I knew exactly what the truth was and why you lied to me' when in fact might have been able to make some assumptions based on what else he knew (because of the things his other senses told him or just because he knew Foggy) but he couldn't really be sure.
Even after calming down a bit Foggy hasn't really re-evaluated this and he's still convinced Matt knows a lot more about him than he in fact does.
After the fourth 'but I guess you knew that already' or something like that Matt points out that knowing when somebody lies is not really the same as knowing everything about this person.

Matt/Foggy, kink negotiation

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 05:19 pm (UTC)(link)
I need some healthy kink negotiation in my life, please, kinkmeme? Safewords, limits, clarifications, misunderstandings, clearing up misunderstandings, aftercare - exploring one of their kinks and finding it does or doesn't work for the other, careful pushing of boundaries to expand limits, unexpected SNAFUs and dealing with it after.

I need a hostage-fic very very desperately

Re: Matt has an ear infection

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 05:23 pm (UTC)(link)
This prompt is super interesting and needs to happen!
An ear infection would probably really mess up Matts balance/equilibrium especially since he can't see how he should be oriented (he knows the world isn't spinning and tilted to the left, but where is straight)
I bet he gets really cranky that a low fever and earache eff him up when he can fight crime with broken ribs

Re: Matt's Relationship with Catholicism and God

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 05:25 pm (UTC)(link)
It does make sense to me that TV!Matt might be more catholic than comics!Matt, since only the former was raised in a Catholic orphanage by nuns.

But yeah, I don't think the show portrays him as being nearly so devoted as fandom generally portrays him.

Re: The Man Without Fear's Phobia

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 06:24 pm (UTC)(link)
There was a story posted over at AO3 this morning that fills this prompt pretty well, except for the Matt/Foggy part. (It's more Karen-centric, but actually pretty gen.) I thought you might enjoy it anyhow!

Fill: Matt/Foggy: Things Matt does for Foggy

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 06:42 pm (UTC)(link)
(There's some smut and angst mixed in with your fluff, OP. I hope that's okay.)

"Foggy, no. Here, eat this, not that," Matt tells him, switching their plates around.

"But why?" Foggy asks plaintively. He really wants his risotto. The guy in his tort law class who recommended this place said it was amazing.

"It smells like it has mushrooms in it."

The young woman who just finished putting their plates down inquires, "Is it an allergy? I can go ask the cook if you'd like."

"Yes," Matt tells her gratefully. "That would be very helpful. Thank you."

As she walks away, Foggy turns and wonders, "How could you possibly have smelled the mushrooms?"

Matt shrugs. "I have a very good nose."

A few minutes later, their waitress comes back and confirms Matt's theory. "I'm very sorry. I can take that back and bring you something else, if you'd like."

Foggy looks down at the plate full of eggplant parmesan Matt had ordered. It looks pretty good, and he knows how picky Matt can be. "No, thank you. This is fine."

The eggplant parmesan is good, as it turns out, and Matt doesn't seem to mind the risotto. In the end, Foggy only feels a little wistful about not being able to eat it.

Still, a trip to the ER doesn't exactly fit with their itenerary - or their budget.

"Thanks, Matty," Foggy says when they have paid for their dinner and are walking out the door.

"Of course," Matt says, taking the arm Foggy offers with a small, appreciative smile.

---

He runs his hand through his hair, contemplating tearing it out. "I seriously think I'm gonna fail this test. I was out with Strep the days we covered most of what it's supposed to cover, and the notes Janie gave me are terrible."

"Look, calm down. I'll help you study." Matt's lips quirk up at the corners. "We'll stay up all night if we have to."

They don't stay up the whole night, because if they did that, Foggy truly would fail, but they do stay up pretty late into the night, even though Foggy knows Matt has a test in a different class tomorrow.

He wouldn't say that he aces his test, but he scores about the same as most of the people in his class, so it's good enough for him. It shouldn't bring his average down too much, and that's the part that matters.

---

"I have to go to my cousin's wedding. I mean, I'm part of his groom party, or whatever. But everyone there is going to try and foist me off on the single women on the bride's side, and it's going to suck. It's going to be a nightmare."

"So, what you're saying is that you need a plus one?" Matt asks.

Foggy nods. "I just nodded. But where am I supposed to find a plus one on such short notice? I can't take Marci. I'm pretty sure she'd flay me alive if I tried to ask her after breaking up with her last week."

"I'm not doing anything that weekend."

Tilting his head, Foggy asks, "Are you - suggesting what I think you are? Because, just to be clear, it sounds like you're offering to be my date to my cousin's wedding."

"Well, obviously, we'd be going as friends," Matt says, because oh yes, how could it not have been obvious? It was so obvious that Foggy completely missed that part.

It was Foggy's own fault, probably. He knows better than to get his hopes up.

"But," Matt adds, "the other guests at the wedding don't have to know that."

"So," Foggy starts, "what you're saying is that you're going to pretend to be my boyfriend for my cousin's wedding?"

"Sure. Why not?"

Foggy can think of about a million reasons why not. For starters, "What about my parents? My brothers and sisters? They're all gonna know we're lying."

"Do you think they would help us pull it off?" Matt asks consideringly. Foggy's whole nuclear family adores Matt, so it's possible.

"Maybe," Foggy says doubtfully. "I'll call Marnie and ask. If you're still committed to doing this."

"I am very committed," Matt tells him, not sounding bothered at all.

Right.

Of course. Because it's not Matt whose heart is going to be splattered all over the reception hall's floor when the night is over and the illusion breaks.

Still. He's offering to do this in an attempt to help Foggy, not hurt him, and Foggy appreciates it. Truly, he does.

He just doesn't appreciate feeling like there is a vice around his heart, and a lump in his throat, even thinking about it all.

"He offered to do what?" Marnie asks when Foggy talks to her over the phone later, sounding both incredibly surprised and strangely amused.

"You heard me. Do you think everyone will go for it?"

"Oh, honey, don't worry about a thing. We'll all have your back. No one's forgotten the last wedding in our family. We're not going to let that happen again. Besides," she says, sounding a bit mischievous, "this could be fun."

"Fun?" Foggy asks flatly. It doesn't sound fun to him. It sounds like torture, having to stay close to Matt, and talk about how happy they are, and maybe even share a slow dance or two, and know the whole thing is a farce. He'd rather switch places with Prometheus at this point. It would be less painful.

Why had he complained to Matt about the little old biddies trying to set him up with their granddaughters and nieces, again?

He can't remember.

"Well, sure. We love Matt. It's been a while since we've gotten to see him."

"Yeah. Okay. Thanks, I guess, Marnie. I owe you guys."

Cheerfully, his sister tells him, "Not at all, hon. This one's for free."

They do share a few slow dances, and Foggy is in hell. He has way too much time to stare at Matt's lips and think about what it would be like to kiss them. Or lick them. Or maybe bite them, just a little. Just until they're a bit sensitive, and of course, he wouls sooth the discomfort with his ton-

Stop it, Foggy Nelson, he tells himself. All you're doing is making it worse.

But it's also a lot of fun, like Marnie told him it would be. His family showers Matt with the kind of affection Foggy has strong suspicions he's had to go too many years without, and they all laugh and tell jokes and stories, and generally just have a good time while they can, until the reception winds down, and they have to get back home.

Foggy thanks Matt when they get back to the apartment they got together at the start of their second year at Columbia.

"You're welcome. Now, was that so bad?" Matt teases gently.

"No," Foggy tells him. And yes. "No, it wasn't bad."

---

"Are you feeling all right?" Matt asks lowly.

"I'm fine. I just didn't have the time to eat something this morning." He got up too late this morning, but this internship with Landman & Zack is too important to risk being late purely for the sake of breakfast. He and Matt can go on their lunch break in a few hours. He'll be okay.

Matt frowns. "That's not good for your blood sugar levels," he notes unhappily.

Sighing, Foggy says, "Matt, I'm hypoglycemic, not diabetic. I'll be fine."

Shaking his head, Matt tells him, "I'm going to go get you something from the vending machine in the lounge. Wait here."

"How will you even know what to get?" Foggy asks, deciding to go with it. Once Matt gets an idea in his head, it takes the kinds of miracles Foggy can only work every now and then to change his mind.

"I'll ask someone for help. There's always someone in there."

Foggy watches Matt as he goes, his cane tapping along the office's carpeted floors softly, and then he goes back to the research he is supposed to be doing for a case.

Five minutes later, Matt is back with a bottle of water and two packets of Ritz crackers with cheese. "Here." He sets them down on Foggy's desk and then goes back to his own.

Foggy eyes the packets of Ritz. They're not really his favorite thing in the world - he prefers them plain - but Matt got them for him, and he is hungry.

"Thanks, buddy."

"No problem."

Thirty minutes later, Foggy is feeling much less irritable, and he sighs to himself. Matt was probably right about his blood sugar.

He's not going to say a word.

---

"Is your neck hurting you?" Matt asks.

"Why?"

"You've been rubbing it off and on all day."

Which Matt probably knows because he heard it, or something else equally akward. Foggy sighs. "Yeah, it's been bugging me. Must have slept on it wrong last night."

"May I?" Matt inquires, coming to stand behind Foggy's desk chair.

"May you...?"

"I'm told I'm rather good with my hands," Matt informs him softly.

"You're told -" Oh. By his conquests.

Foggy winces and scolds himself mentally. He knows Matt doesn't think of them that way. It's not like they women he's with are just notches on his bedpost. That's not the kind of guy Matt is.

"Right." Swallowing, Foggy tells him, "Mesage away."

He tries to tell his stupid heart not to react when Matt puts his hands on his neck, but oh it's good. He's not good with his hands, he's incredible, and Foggy is having a tough time of it, trying to keep his thoughts from following that concept to a much less platonic place.

It isn't going well. At least Karen has gone home for the day, so the only witnesses to Foggy's humiliation are the two parties directly involved.

Matt actually sniffs after a few moments, and then his hands still.

"Why, ah, why'd you stop?"

Instead of answering, Matt turns Foggy's desk chair around and uses his hand to tilt Foggy's head up. "May I?" he asks again.

"Wait, really? I thought you didn't-"

Matt's lips turn up slightly at the corners in a small, self-deprecating smile. "I did. I have, for a long time, but it didn't seem right to tell you, when you didn't know about what I can do."

"Huh." It's a little hard to think of anything more profound than that, with his worldview in the process of being totally rearranged.

"So, may I kiss you?"

"Yeah," Foggy tells him dazedly. "Yeah, kiss away."

He does so, keeping it light at first, and then slipping his tongue into Foggy's mouth, sliding it against his own, and that problem that Foggy was having earlier proceeds to grow worse. Much worse.

Matt reaches down to press one hand against the erection Foggy's sporting, using the other hand to support himself. He rubs at Foggy in small, evil little circles, and Foggy has to pull away from Matt's lips to say, "You are not going to make me go off in my pants like a teenager, Matt Murdock."

"All right," Matt says calmly. He unbottons Foggy's pants and pulls the zipper down, taking Foggy's steadily leaking erection out of his boxers before feeling around on Foggy's desk for the tissue box. Then he wraps his long, slender fingers around Foggy's shaft and jacks him off, pressing little licks and kisses upon his lips all the while.

Foggy feels like he is drowning, but in the best possible way.

Matt must sense it when Foggy is about to come, because he uses a tissue to capture Foggy's semen neatly, and then throws it away before kissing Foggy again and putting him back inside his boxers and doing his pants up properly.

"How's your neck?" he checks, easy as you please, as though he hasn't just blown Foggy's mind.

It isn't the handjob - although that was very nice. Ten out of ten, would do again. It's that Matt is the one who gave it to him. That Matt wanted to do it at all.

He looks at Matt with wide eyes. "My neck?" he asks, panting a little. "It's - it's fine. Good as new."

"Good. So, you wouldn't mind closing up for the night and coming home with me, would you?"

"Nope. I absolutely would not mind."

He follows Matt home, feeling a little lost, and vaguely floaty, and they order takeout from the Thai place, eating it quickly and then putting the leftovers in the fridge.

Matt takes his hands and pulls him into the bedroom, before turning him around and walking him backwards towards the bed. He pulls off Foggy's clothes slowly, trailing his lips along each bit of skin he reveals, and then he strips out of his own perfunctorily, more interested in getting back to Foggy than in putting on a show.

He bends down and takes Foggy into his mouth, and Foggy jerks. It's been long enough that he hardens fairly quickly, and then Matt pulls off to say, "I want to make love to you. May I?"

"Yes," Foggy hisses. "Yeah, do it."

Matt takes his time, opening Foggy up slowly, and Foggy feels a little bit crazy from it, but then Matt moves, lining himself up and sliding in little by little. He pulls back after thrusting in all the way and then pushes in again, so, so carefully, and Foggy knows he's trying to be sweet, but-

Foggy doesn't think he's going to survive this. It's too much, and it's too good, and it's -

He falls apart, biting his lip to keep from calling out Matt's name, but Matt reaches up to coax his lip away from his teeth, telling him, "Please don't. I love listening to your voice. I love hearing you talk, and I love hearing your heartbeat. They're my favorite sounds in the world. Please don't try to keep that from me."

And, well, what is he supposed to do after that? So, he pants Matt's name, and he tells him that he loves him, and he might, possibly, be a bit weepy while he does it.

No one's going to see it, and Matt obviously doesn't mind, so it's not like it matters.

Matt keeps moving inside of him through the aftershocks, still so sweet and slow, and it's good enough that Foggy thinks that he might, possibly, have it in himself to come for a third time, but then Matt stills, and his lips fall open on a soft, "Oh," and he bows his head as he finishes, his sweaty curls falling in his eyes - not that it matters, although Foggy does love it in moments like this, when his glasses are off, and Foggy can see those beautiful hazel eyes of his.

After Matt has pulled out and cleaned them both up, he curls himself around Foggy and tells him, "I love you, too."

Foggy pats his back sleepily, thoroughly worn out, and exceptionally pleased about it. "Kind of figured that out, buddy."

Matt huffs. "Took you long enough."

He tugs on Matt's ear lightly in retaliation. "Sorry we don't all have your supersenses, Murdock."

"I'm not," Matt tells him. "I'm in love with you, exactly the way you are. I wouldn't change a thing."

Foggy pulls himself up long enough to press a kiss to Matt's forehead. "Right back at you."

Smiling, Matt lays his head down on Foggy's chest, above where his heart beats steadily away. "I'm glad."

"Me too, Matty. Me, too."

Holy fucking shitballs, anon, yes yes fucking yes. Wow. WOW.

tiny!fill from a different anon

Hannibal left, the awful sound of his snake-slow heart fading into the crowd, and Will, in a gesture that shocked them both, grabbed him by the arm, held him in place. His fingers curled into his sleeve, fever-hot even through layers of fabric.

"Do not," Will said quiet and desperate in ways that Matt could not quite place, "Do not spend time alone with him. Do not let him invite you over for dinner, do not meet him at his office to discuss the case privately. Do not."

Matt frowned at the space somewhere over Will's left ear, listening to the frenzied knocking of his heart, the thick knot in his throat.

"Are you telling me this as my friend or his lover?"

Will laughed, all teeth. It was an ugly sound, no humor in it.

"Mr. Murdock, I'd suggest you take this seriously."

I can imagine Matt turning to look at Foggy like this:

Daredevil & Doctor Strange - Any interaction

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 08:37 pm (UTC)(link)
So there was one bit in Waid's run where Daredevil and Doctor Strange had an interaction and it was pretty interesting and made it seem like they had so much history between them. (I haven't read any of the other runs yet, so I don't know if this is true or not.)

So, can you lovely anons, please give me stuff about Daredevil and Doctor Strange interacting? Gen, shippy, I don't case, just give me anything and everything.

Re: Matt/Foggy, kink negotiation

YES

Re: Matt knows the bible better than the bad guy

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 08:37 pm (UTC)(link)
Not OP: But maybe using the Bible as a justification for killing criminals or something like that?

Re: Daredevil/Brooklyn Nine-Nine

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 08:41 pm (UTC)(link)
HAHA YES

mostly because the criminals Daredevil catches keep trying to turn themselves in to Officer Mahoney, right? maybe one criminal goes to the Nine-Nine and starts desperately demanding Officer Mahoney, so Peralta and Santiago are trying to track Mahoney down, all the while sort of wondering if Daredevil gives presents to this specific officer because Mahoney is Daredevil, perhaps?

and then they meet him and they're like: oh, no, definitely not, okay, but why? why does Daredevil have this thing for you, officer?

I DON'T KNOW, Brett says. It's great for my arrest record but I have no idea, it's a little worrying.

Re: Daredevil & Doctor Strange - Any interaction

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 08:43 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, I've only read Waid's run, but I really liked what we saw of Matt and Strange. I especially like how he's one of the few who can sneak up on Matt and how Strange's house fucks with Matt's senses.

Re: gen or any, someone mistakes foggy as daredevil

(Anonymous) 2015-06-30 08:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Spidey briefly thought Foggy was DD back in a very early Silver Age DD issue. He knew it was someone in the room and his choices were Fog, Karen, and Matt.
