"It's not about control," Owen says. He's an exercise in control himself though, his voice steady enough to cover the hitch of his breath, his arms strong even though they have to be aching from holding Matt's weight, and he thrusts up, slow, achingly slow. Matt tries not to keen, wants more and harder and faster, but Owen holds him steady, steady. "It's a relationship," Owen says. “It’s about trust, Matt.”

"If you don't move," Matt growls, "I'm going to--"

Owen does move, a sharp, hard thrust that sends sparks shuddering through Matt. Yes, that, there, yes—and then Owen stops. Matt would admire his self-control, if he didn’t want to kill him.

"I train raptors for a living," Owen says, not quite gasping, "what do you think you're gonna do to me?"

Matt’s not quite sure, he hasn’t thought that far ahead, but he’s creative. He’ll find some way of getting back at Owen for being an arrogant, obnoxious bastard who won’t fucking ”move, Owen, god dammit.”

“Trust me,” Owen says, low and soothing in a way that does something to Matt’s brain, flips a switch somewhere inside of him.

“Fuck you,” Matt says, but he does, stupidly, trust Owen, and he lets himself give in.

Owen knows the moment he does, and responds by giving him exactly what he wants, hard and fast and deep until Matt is coming so hard that he’s almost sobbing, every thrust wringing a choked sound from his throat because it’s too much, it’s too much, but he still wants more, he’s clinging to Owen, whose arms are shaking now, who bites down hard at the base of Matt’s throat when he comes and that almost sends Matt straight back over the edge.

They end up in a sticky pile, slumped against the wall. “I’ve got you,” Owen says soothingly, fingers carding gently through Matt’s hair as Matt presses his forehead against Owen’s collarbone. Matt should shake his hands away, detangle himself and stand. He doesn’t need to be taken care of, certainly doesn’t need this, no matter how nice the timber of Owen’s voice is, no matter how lulling Owen’s fingers scraping gently across his scalp are, grounding when they should be the exact opposite. He doesn’t need this, doesn’t want it.

…But maybe it’s not awful. For just a little while.

I AM DED, OP. DED. FROM. WANT. Matt being Frank's prison bitch and Frank flaunting it (because that prob really pisses Matt off like omg) and pretending to offer him to the other inmates for a pack of smokes? SO FUNNY. Until he wakes up one morning to a pack of smokes on Matt's bunk and Matt is gone? /evil

......I just had the sudden image in my head of House throwing his tennis ball at Matt because he has 'suspicions' about that blind guy.

OP: i know, author!anon. you have ZERO interest or time for what Owen Grady, Velociraptor Dad, would think about Foggy, for example. WHO CARES whether he and Claire would wind up with this extremely fucking flirty relationship? it is NOT IMPORTANT to think about how Owen Grady has picked up pieces of, like velociraptor body language and it looks really unsettling to everyone else but it makes sense to Matt, kind of, unless he analyzes it.

Matt is in a situation where it's not 100% clear he's blind. Somehow his actions all play very badly (he's in a bad mood, he lost his cane etc). He is ultimately accused of being a racist.

Ha! At which point, he and/or Foggy are like "...the fuck?"

Of course not. after all, once Foggy met Owen, he WOULD be able to talk about nothing but how cool he was, and Matt would get UNBELIEVABLY JEALOUS AND SNIPPY, for the sole reason that thinking about Matt neurotically hoarding his three (3) friends amuses me.

i mean. that would. you can't get distracted by something like THAT, author.

(JURASSIC WORLD CLAIRE, the nurse who's able to handle all of Matt's increasingly bizarre and frightening injuries because the training to work at Jurassic World as a nurse is byzantine and comprehensive. It would be ridiculous to start thinking about how Karen would catch her attention, of course. Utterly ridiculous.)

So, I'd like to see a fic where Foggy is pregnant and he's heading back home from the office when he gets kidnapped by bad guys (for whatever reason).

When Daredevil rescues him, he notices something off about Foggy and asks,
and Foggy is basically like, 'Yeah, I'm fine. You know, just in labor.'

Cue Matt freaking out.

I don't care how you make Foggy pregnant = fem!Foggy, trans Foggy, Omega!Foggy, Mpreg is possible, other, because it's all good.

*hides face* I am done now.

Hmm, Fem!Foggy ok? Any preference as to the father? Do you mean past Matt/Foggy and does Foggy know DD's identity? Asking for... uh... a friend.

This... gives Foggy's whole "become a butcher" story a completely different meaning.

OP - Also, but can you imagine the first time Matt gets injured on his new job? Nothing like protecting a man's fiancé to get on his good side.

I just want the three talking and discovering that High School wasn't much fun for either of them (doesn't necessarily have to because bullying or anything actually happening in HS but could also be family problems that just manifested in that time).
It doesn't have to be super-dark (mostly here for the bonding part) but if that's anybody's headcanon go for it.
Bonus for at least one of them assuming that the others must have had a great time in high school.

A warrior needs to walk alone. He cuts lose anyone he cares about. Unfortunately, in this case that person is Matt, so Stick does what he does best, and walks out.

Why did he do it? Does he regret it? Why did he come back?

I swear this is less weird than it sounds.
Mainly I want Matt having his super-senses not 24/7 but having to activate them somehow (your choice if he still needed fight-training or that skill comes with the magic transformation as well)

And I am not saying there shouldn't be a crack fill in which Matt has an amazing transformation sequence for which Foggy mocks him relentlessly but I am just as curious about how it would affect Matt if he could actually get a good night's sleep and would not hear that mugging three streets away while fetching coffee.

Ooh, I'd love to see this filled.

This is amazing. I love the way you describe Sif as seen through Claire's POV.

Does anyone else have the headcanon that Stick walked out because he was the one getting too attached?

I mean, Matt was kid, Stick would expect him to fail routinely at all of the training, both physically and emotionally. He would have known that it would take time to “fix” Matt’s human impulses toward attachment. So why did the ice-cream wrapper bracelet thing make him react so very disproportionally? To the extant that he abandoned his kid-soldier project? Because Stick found it sweet. He realised that he was getting too attached, so he freaked the hell out and ran away. After all, he’s very good at/has had a lot of practice at severing attachments.

That was my interpretation of that whole thing, and the reason why Stick kept the bracelet. It’s the only thing that really makes sense to me.

ok so very recently I came across a Spider-Man Infinite comic, you know, the one where he ends up with memory loss and accidentally becomes part of a gang or something. look, I only read the synopsis, but. what I'm getting at here is: amnesiac!Matt and Foggy. they wake up together, SOMEHOW, and panic. a lot. and then after that initial panic they realize that Matt's wearing, like, this red leather devil suit, and Foggy was prob fresh from being kidnapped by incompetent villains or something so he's still cuffed.

what I'm saying here is: they think they're boyfriends who are really into roleplay. and then imagine how freaked out either of them get when they find out about Matt's super-senses and also the part where he's got a few cracked ribs.

("cracked!!" Foggy shrieks.

"I'm pretty sure they're bruised," says Matt, only to hold his side and wince. "bruised.")

I lost track of where I was going but, like, amnesiac!Matt/Foggy assuming hey're boyfriends when actually they're not and having a shared freak-out. that's all I want.
