Something about Nelson v. Murdock maybe and them coming back together? Could definitely work. The rest of the lyrics... Much hurt/comfort, lots on the Foggy side

Oh my god, Matt! I'm dying, he is such a dork.

Ah, this part made me cry... I think mainly because of the forced vulnerability between them now: Fisk finding comfort from Matt sleeping against him, and Matt touching Fisk's head and holding onto his jacket. And crying. (I know that people with concussions will cry for no reason, but I wonder what specifically set him off). You can really feel the situation bearing down on them. They're both hurt and they're losing hope and thinking they'll possibly die down there alone with each other. And they're probably running out of air.

I like how Matt made it seem like Foggy didn't know Matt was Daredevil. He sacrificed what could have been his last opportunity to say goodbye or I love you in order to keep Foggy safe. Oh Matt...

I love stories where enemies get to see the more human side of each other~

See, and I've never even had shingles (and would like to keep it that way, thank you very much). Glad I managed to capture it, though.

I'm having a lot of vicarious imagination projection going on in this one, especially for the fact that Matt isn't exactly like any normal human being, and who ever knows what shingles would do to him? Feels a little over the top to have him incapacitated by a (more or less) local viral infection, seeing how he apparently manages to still kick ass when he has hairline fractured broken bones and severe blood loss, but what the heck. It's your prompt and my story, so... :-P

So how many of you rememebr this F.R.I.E.N.D.S episode were everyone is making the "40 and single" deal.
I imagine this... after a hard week of exams they just got to relax having some beers and seeing something on the tv and F.R.I.E.N.D.S is on, they are buzzed and Foggy teels Matt that like the episode if they are both single by the time they are 40, they are gonna married each other cause fuck it.
So all those years passed and (we go canon here) and all Matt's lovers end up dead or something bad happens to them and he no longer can stay with them and the only person that has always been with him is Foggy which divorced Marci, beat up cancer in the face and like Matt cant stay in a long stable relationship cause you know he had to fake his death how many times now?.... and by the time they turn 41, Matt wants to hang up the suit, he says he's done that the city doesnt need him anymore but something is missing..
gimme all the grown ups talk, both 40 Matt and Foggy remembering their lives with their love ones and understanding that in some way they are always together and what better way to celebrate it than making the promise they both did drunk while watching F.R.I.E.ND.S come true.

I sat staring at this prompt with my head tilted to one side for like a good minute. I would be fascinated to read a fill for this. Any fill. I don’t know if I could get into the right sort of headspace to write for this, but I really, really hope someone else can. I really want a character’s complex relationship with how they’ve come to accept their own kink. Just. All the implications.

i've never been fandom-level interested in something before so i have a couple sort-of-otp's but have never been interested/invested enough to associate songs to them. that being said, a couple days ago i was listening to iris by the goo goo doll's (which i have to assume is probably the most cliched/over-used tragic otp song) and my first thought was honestly "this is so matt/foggy episode ten"
