I just really need some Daredevil/Deadpool fic but with them both meeting up and getting to know each other out of costume

Oh, yes, please. Especially because that's an even bigger trust thing for Wade, I think.

OP says: yes! I agree with you on the trust thing.

Yes yes yes! Because of course Wade would think the only person who could stand to be around him without his mask on is a blind man.

(And if it turned romantic, you know he'd be so self-conscious about how his skin felt to Matt and I'm already giving myself feels goddammit Wilson you do this to me every time and no one's even written anything!)

This raises the super important question of when exactly Wade finds out Matt is blind. Like, I'm not the OP, so I'm not sure if they just wanted buddyfic or something romantic or something smutty or all/any of the above. But, say they hook up a couple times in-costume, he wouldn't know, would he?

And where Matt would be sweating whether or not his reckless, terrifying, (gold-hearted, hilarious) new feral cat of a friend would be remotely interested in him without a mask on his face and blood on his knuckles, Wade would be sweating whether or not Matt could possible stand to touch or even look at him when he wasn't suited up.

But but- wait- what if they met out of costume first? Without knowing their alter egos (at least on Wade's end because Matt would recognize his voice)?

Like they meet and Wade's like 'oh hey a blind guy, kewl, I kidnapped an old lady like you once, you're cute, wanna get tacos?!' and Matt's like 'Ummm...'

This anon would really like a little from column A and a little from column B where, like, maybe for some reason Wade ducks into a church to get away from someone and he ends up hiding in the confessional while the priest is out??? And maybe that's just when Matt happens to come in. And, I mean, Matt knows it's not Father Lantom in there. Father Lantom has never smelled that much like Pop Tarts and pain pills. And for whatever reason he kind of just... rolls with it. And Wade is freaking out a little because he never expected anyone to come in I mean who goes to church at this time of day. But they end up kind of just talking and then talking turns into spilling their mutual guts because even though they're talking around it, it's clear they have a lot in common and maybe one of them asks if they don't to take this party elsewhere before someone has to actually use the confessional for its intended purpose. And neither of them have enough time to freak out before they're meeting face to face.
