He wished she would just lift her skirt.

Wesley didn't hold much with hate sex. Why would anyone be that vulnerable with someone that couldn't trust? He just didn't find it very good planning in general. It was why he didn't have sex with many people at all, but those whom he had, counted.
So what was going to happen tonight, of course, was not sex. Didn't count. It was a series of unpleasant tasks, a matter of following directions for a while until the deal was secure.
He'd reminded himself of all this as her hands -- and fingernails-- ran over his body. And reminded himself again.
When she'd move to reposition him, he would not be shoved. He could anticipate based on the direction she was going for and bend himself.
"Eager, Mr. Wesley?"
"Hardly, Mrs. Gallio. Merely efficient."
"Of course."
And as she'd stroked, scratched, spread, studied, "Thank goodness for civilization," she'd muttered. "If we were all just brutes...it would be like buying all my puzzle boxes pre-done."

Once she'd put him on his knees, hands still bound behind him, he'd hoped she'd raise her skirt and put him to work. It was a job he could do just fine. Even before his actual experiences, he'd studied diagrams:James Wesley was not going to half-ass any service for a trusted friend--but this wasn't like that. This wasn't service, this was just a task. Get the job done as many times as it took until she was tired and he could go.

He might as well have expected a cat to be efficient about eating a mouse. Mrs. Gallio's clothes stayed put as she shoved him slightly, stepping over to cross the room and sit down. Unable to brace himself, he fell forward.
As he squirmed, starting to get back up, she said simply, "No." Then, after another exchange of glares as he lay flat and partially bound on the carpet, she said, "Come here."

His skin was not actually brushburned as he struggled across the nearly-velveteen carpeting on his stomach. He almost wished it were. The soft strokes, building off of the touches and scratches earlier, were leaving his body in gradually firm disagreement with his mind as to what was going on this evening.

Um. Yes.

This is delicious.

Love how she's getting him to struggle a bit and watching him crawl. Love that idea of Wesley, this put-together guy in a suit, suddenly having to crawl around and obey her.
