Instead of dying during their confrontation, through some means: maybe injury, maybe the cray-cray of the week, Wesley loses his memory and Karen is basically standing over him with a gun going: DAMN IT TO HELL.

Only his first instinct is to protect her. Like, "careful, miss, there might be broken glass" or whatever and Karen is like: HOW IS THIS MY LIFE but has no idea what to do with a man, who, without all his memories, is like the most polite and honestly good person she has ever has the displeasure of knowing.

Give me Wesley basically imprinting on Karen, Foggy and Matt and trying to work through his life and what happened.

Give me a slow burn where Karen/Wesley SOMEHOW happens with angst and extremely great sex with perfect wine choices and his crisp suits.

*Bonus: He eventually regains his memories but chooses to stay with Karen and the firm despite how much it hurts to know his bff boss is in prison.
