AU where electricity is generated from orgasms through special machines. Almost all of the main production is heavily regulated, hours are restricted, plenty of recovery periods, etc.

However there's a dark underside of the industry. Criminals pull will people off the street, hook them up to the machines, and pump them full of chemicals that will keep them coming over and over again. They can then sell the electricity on the black market for sexual slave labor prices.

Daredevil is captured - either by Fisk or the Russians, hooked up to one of these machines, and then just left there.

This just made me shudder. In a good way. Nonnie, I need to know who saves Matt, and will he ever want to have another orgasm? Will his orgasms be PTSD now? I need to know!

Claire's the one who got worried, because Matt texted her saying that he'd need her in about an hour.

Seeing Matt, bruised and bleeding from the mouth and nose and still wearing his soaked pants, that - that threw her.

Santino had gone bright red and practically ran to the corridor, ready to guard them: Claire had been stuck with the ticklish business of unhooking Matt from a - it wasn't even a legal generator, and Matt was so far gone that he - every time she touched him, to try to get the IV out, or undo the cuffs, or - he arched. Once, she touched the bare skin of his elbow, unhooking the IV, and he screamed.

He couldn't walk, and he couldn't stop shaking, leaning on her with almost his full weight.

Santino passed her the gun, carried him back to her place.

OMG MATT. It's the total opposite of a good time. Claire is the absolute best to go looking for him, I'm so glad she got him out of there (and took Santino, that brave kid). But poor Matt, omg omg, will he ever be the same.
