Foggy trying to sneak his phone out of his pocket so he can text Matt/check for messages, and Matt thinks he's calling the police or something and he DOES NOT need this now, and is all 'what the hell do you think you're trying to do' with his best gravel-voice, and he can hear Foggy's face crumple and he's saying look man, I'm just trying to call my friend, because he's out there in that clusterfuck you caused and he's blind, and I just need to know he's ok, and oh jesus he's made Foggy cry.

Foggy managing to actually text Matt while Matt is distracted with, you know, the bleeding Russian, and Matt's phone goes off in his pocket and Foggy just goes 'what the fuck, Matt?'

'No, I uh--I stole his phone?'

'You stole a blind guy's phone?' Foggy says, and he half-believes it because a) he's lost some blood, okay, he's a little woozy here, and b) the other possible answer is not possible at all.

'Yes?' Matt says, in a voice that is not convincing at all.

'Matthew,' Foggy says 'as soon as I can move, I'm going to kill you.'

And then Vladimir just fucking crying in the background, he's laughing so hard.

LOL.

I hope Daredevil doesn't actually take Matty's phone out vigilanteng. I mean, you're trying to terrify some asshole into spilling the info you need, the last thing you want is your pants' pocket chiming in: "Foggy... Foggy... Foggy..."

*spits out drink* LOL
