Sand. It gets fucking everywhere. Rasps against his skin until he thinks he's going to lose his mind, constantly rubbed raw like the embodiment of chafing.

Still, it's better than hanging upside down in a cage while his blood flows out of his body and into a scrawny war boy. Not that anyone asked.

Blood loss has made him woozy. He jolts when the alarm sounds. Something's wrong. Attack? Murmurs travel through the hallways, up to where he's caged. Furiosa has betrayed them. Something about wives, she's taken the wives, whose wives he doesn't know. The whole citadel is in uproar, even bigger than the one that saw off Furiosa and the war rig.

Honestly im seeing karen with some furiosa-type potential, with matt as some kind of max-type with a foggy that just tries his damndest to keep his friend alive. Claire is in a motorcycle healer-gang?
