When that happens to me I usually just try to lead the conversation back in my direction by making a new comment off the last part I did like (usually pretending to be a new anon). Just ask questions. maybe by commenting directly to the prompt, that are more towards what you want. It works about 50% of the time lol.

Or just comment directly on the stuff you don't like and try to nicely say 'I think it would be more interesting if this happened instead of that' still not outting yourself as OP if you don't want to. I've never had one of my prompts go far off track and then get filled, it's always just talking. If that happens tho I agree with the other anon that said find SOMETHING to compliment, and then make a more specific prompt. Say you liked the other one but you wanted something a bit different.. And add the thing that you wanted and the things about the other one that you do NOT want. Because that one was good but you just want something different, see?
