Well there's a free Prequel Comic to Jessica Jones that has Daredevil in it - in the Daredevil suit. So they probably intend for it to be set after the events in Daredevil?

But the lack of reference to him in show makes it a bit tougher to accept this. I like the idea of the series happening around the same time.
