Yes! OMG, okay, there's so much and these are not necessarily in order by date, I'm just spitting out off the top of my head:

The Punisher V4, book 3 The Devil By The Horns - This is one ish of...12 I think? But this appearance of DD in a Punisher book is pretty much a microcosm for their whole Frank/Matt relationship. Amusingly enough, you know Marvel always gives their actors specific titles to read because that's pretty much what they want the actor to understand before they start playing the part. Book 1 of this series is what Jonny Bernthal was holding up on his twitter feed when he announced he was playing Frank Castle. I'm sure Marvel gave him this series because even though I hate the art (everyone has exactly ONE face), the DD vs Punisher meetup is awful and tragic and you're going to be horrified. Frank catches Matt and chains him up and well, he leaves a mark on him that'll probably never fade. It's SO THEM.

Actually now I'm horrified because Civil War is coming and things are going to happen and what if Tony tries to bribe Matt over to his side with the promise of vision? Or if he goes the SIM route and just gives it to Matt without his consent? MCU Matt with his freaked out face and crying and then seeing Foggy and angry at Tony and oh shit, now I'm going to be thinking about this all night.

I'm older but also write and art regularly. Just a hobby for me but like the other anon, I need to practice. Good luck at art school!

THIS. They can't magically make Matt younger like Charlie Cox but CC is so freaking lovely to watch and I have to agree with the people who feel like he's overwritten the picture of Matt I've had in my head for years. And I love the 6ft ginger thing! If the show had been awful I'd still be thinking of 6ft ginger Matt, but no Charlie killed it and my brain automatically makes yummy noises about the badass little cupcake with the darker hair.

All of this is so different than MCU Clint Barton because no, my brain refuses to think of Clint in any other form other than comics Clint, the end. And I like Jeremy Renner, but MCU Clint takes away from the characterisation rather than add anything to it so I'm very reluctant to give up comics Clint.

Some kind anons already pointed out a load of the britishisms I've got in there, but I'd love it if someone could pick through and catch any others? This is also the longest thing I've ever written in present tense so I'd be freaking amazed if there aren't continuity issues.

Also also also, I feel like the quality of my writing plummets whenever I write porn (and a majority of this is porn) so if someone could let me know if/where I'm going wrong on that front I'd be super grateful.

It's fine if you don't have time to do the whole fic - even just having a second pair of eyes for the second half of the +1 would be really helpful.

i'm not even sure if this is something that's been discussed yet so if not what song do you think their song would be? :-)

yeah, drops of jupiter is probably the closest you're gonna get to fanon. although my funny valentine has been done a couple times and i think there's a surfer blood song playing in the bar where foggy proposes the nelson and murdock sign so??? who knows

I wish there was (all my Kirsten prompts!) but I don't think so.

A lot of people have posted Comics-inspired prompts, although they're obviously not meant to then be set in the 616 universe.

For example, there were some 616/MCU Matt crossover prompts that are being wonderfully filled right now as a WIP:

And I did see some people asking for stuff like an MCU take on the events of Shadowland, Foggy's cancer, or a take on Matt meeting Kirstie.

I personally prompted a Matt Murdock: Agent of SHIELD fic inspired by a comic storyline.

My understanding is that a comics-inspired prompts would just have to be filled in a way that the story exists in the MCU.

I would love to see a comics prompts thread personally, because there is not enough of that on AO3 and there needs to be. Or at least a general comics discussion area, because that seems to be happening a lot more.

OP- Yeah, this is what I want. I'd like to be able to prompt/write things set specifically in the 616! Universe ~~like a continuation of Superior Iron Man where Matt remembers and teams up with Pepper to take Tony down~~

fight song by rachel platten reminds me of Matt and also Karen in general (this is my fight song, take back my life song, prove I'm all right song) but like

fob's i'm like a lawyer with the way i'm always trying to get you off is def my go-to Matt/Foggy song, the same way walk the moon's shut up and dance with me is my Matt/Kirsten song.
