So, what's known as a nervous breakdown is technically acute (and time-limited, so it goes away after a while) anxiety and/or depression, usually both plus sometimes dissociation, which basically means it's when a person just suddenly breaks down, usually from stress, and is no longer functional for a fair amount of time.

Matt's in law school, he has a great best friend and roommate, he's an excellent student, he really has his shit together, the fact that he's completely overworked and has pre-existing issues with his mental health is just something that he ignores, and one day all of a sudden he can't get out of bed and he's having panic attacks left and right and sometimes doesn't feel like a person. Foggy is confused. Matt is confused, and also completely miserable. They try to work through it themselves because apparently Matt Murdock has, um, strong negative feelings about therapy, and eventually Matt comes out on the other side, but it's a rough trip there.

Something BAD happens, and for some reason Matt, Foggy and Karen are now all in danger. Maybe it's DD related, maybe it's targeted at their firm, idk.

Matt-as-Daredevil goes to Fisk to bargain for Foggy and Karen's safety, and offers him whatever he wants in order to keep his friends out of harms way, whatever the consequences are to him personally.

The prompt: Usually, fanfics portray Foggy as the caregiver in their relationship (and I love that!), but to me it's clear from their interactions in the show that Foggy also feels grateful for Matt, and I would like to read something that explores those feelings!
Show me some of the things, big and small, that Matt has done for Foggy or still does for him on a regular basis. Little favours, emotional support, gestures of affection, adjustments and compromises, just generally taking care of him when he needs it etc.
