They are percieved as cheaters and liars cause they remember being with Daredevil and being with Matt Murdock at the same time but they dont remember he is the same guy so they think they cheat on Matt to be with Daredevil.

Actually Matt feels a litle bad for this but teh damage is done and they ahve to suck it up

Matt doesn't feel bad enough to regret his decision - which he SHOULD - and totally deserves to be beaten up by Elektra. I've never been a big fan of hers in the comics, but here I cheered on her.
