wow... already two "ask a mod' posts about this.
Do you really have to go running to the teacher every time someone disagrees with you?
This fits in with the TW rant, in that its the same thing with the TW.
:THis story/post/opinion makes me uncomfortable- someone with authority must come and put a stop to it!

No. People have opinions. Why does an anon-meme need to be policed within an inch of its life. Every time there is an interesting discussion- it seems to get frozen.

tbh I'm not sure what your intent is except to start an argument. The mod has clearly said their piece on the matter, and so far they've proven themselves capable of handling this meme without backseat modding.

You're right. But as one of the people who poked the mod, can I just say that I only did it because we have had actual trolls out to cause wank lately and I know the mod doesn't always follow the OT post.

It wasn't about me disagreeing with the post existing. It was just about making sure they knew to keep an eye out for other potential wank on it. And I'm fine with the mod then saying it's all good.

So I don't like people assuming anyine who goes to the mod is a crybaby. And I really don't think this meme is overpoliced, as evidenced by the mods decision. People just care about the community and want to make sure the mod is aware of areas that could become an issue.
