i think about that topic alot. I read all kinds of ships hetero and homo. I don't hate all female characters, but charakters I hate are mostly female. I think that is because a lot of female charakters are badly written and that effects me. Most of (genre) fiction is about the main hero and his best friend/enemy/frenemy, so they get the most attention and do the most stuff. They are interessting. If someone is interessting I ship them... with another interessting person.
If the female charakter is just a damsel, which only gives lovey-dovey speeches about moral, while riding on their high horse, I nope out. (Sorry,kinda random, Iknow... I just watched an episode of The Flash...Iris West...aargh! Deep breaths, think about Melinda May...Ah, much better.)
I have been through a lot of shipping wars. I enjoy a good fight.
