Meme is definitely slowing down in general at the moment, but there's always been a problem of writers not announcing their fills. It is stately clearly in the rules (I hope? I mean, it's definitely there, ymmv on the clearness), so gently reminding people is possibly the way to go as it's very easy to forget.
I will keep an eye on fills posted vs fills announced and nudge people who need nudging. If you see a fill or an update that you can't find on the relevant announcement post it's probably best to comment and remind them directly to do it so they remember in future, but you can also put it there yourself if you want.
Can I just make a master list for all the fills I posted on my AO3 that didn't go up on that page?
I used to be really hard core about it but then I did a small one and I didn't feel like going to all the trouble. And then one became two... And at this point I'm not sure how many I've let go unannounced. Which I feel silly about because it is a really easy way to get attention (which I unashamedly love).
