Matt, dressed in his favourite hoodie and hastily done up boots - had back flipped into it just in time to take the 'shot' meant for Foggy.
And promptly begun to lose his mind.

Your Bruce and Tasha were perfect. <3 Him explaining, but trying to be gentle about it, and her stating what's what straight-up. Also, YAY THOR, go-to guy for non-Earthly solutions!

Haha yes! Though he kept Daredevil a secret (for the moment) so even Foggy has limits of what he'll do- betraying Matt's trust to save his life for one.

Thanks! I hope it's clear whose thoughts are whose; there's three people plus Foggy thinking there. Poor Matt is just a mess of thoughts until Foggy drowns it all out. I'm glad you liked it and as soon as I return, I will be working on this. =)

Yeah, I like Bruce and Pepper as friends, and I actually often like them as a fandom ship as well, but it played out painfully in AoU... ah, well. Also, yes, Tony is generally the worst person to talk to anyone who is frantic and upset. XD And BLESS MIGHTY THOR. \o/

I read this comment in an airport and it made me smile. Over a week later it still makes me smile. But now I am home! And completely and utterly exhausted but home.

Pretty much right. Technically that's all from Matt's perspective; he's just not Matt enough to figure that out until the end. Though Foggy was helping with that before they even got the procedure underway (the jumbled line you pointed out).

I'm jetlagged and I've not slept much in the last 24 hours because planes are awful for sleeping so it might be a few more days before I'm functioning enough as a human being to write more of this. I enjoyed AoU as a fun, flashy action flick of neat fight sequences, but yeah, I disregard what they did with the characters and relationships from canon completely. :P

I just spent two weeks across the planet last month, which involved no less than five airplanes, so I definitely hear you. :P I don't mind the wait at all - I'm so happy you remembered the fic and are coming back to it!! ♥ REST WELL!

I did four flights getting there and back - two each way - in the space of 11 days. No flight was under 8 hours because I also went to the other side of the planet. Why is the world so big??? I couldn't forget this! <3 The next part is up and I hope it makes some sense because it's been so HARD trying to convey what I want to convey.

Yes! Yes, exactly that. I mean, there was some substance with Wanda screwing with everyone's heads and leaving them rattled, but come on, we already got that with Loki in Avengers 1. So. Yes, fun but insubstantial. XD
