Playing off the other prompt except this would be more gen than anything- Matt and Fisk are in the middle of fighting when a bomb goes off and buries them in rubble, trapping them together. Matt is hit by debris (on the head? Impaled by rebar?) and legitimately thinks he's going to die, if not from his wounds then from Fisk finishing the job.

It's up to you how Fisk responds to the situation. Does he take advantage of it and hurt Matt even more? Does he decide they need to work together to get out of the situation (which means making Matt pull himself together- Fisk pep talk oh no).

Bonus points if Matt is delirious from a concussion or blood loss and starts giving away a little too much information about himself.

Vladimir does, thank fucking god, and when he stops Matt's hips only jerk once or twice against him before he gets control of himself by biting the inside of his own cheek hard enough to draw blood.

Five minutes later, he's breathing steadily and he's finally calm enough - it hasn't gone away, not yet, but it's not as pressing - and he's so horrifyingly ashamed that it's still har - still difficult to - to think far enough ahead, to figure out how they're going to get out of here without killing themselves, when Vladimir rolls down against Matt with his whole body, starts rubbing his thigh against Matt's dick again and -

- and Matt's honestly so surprised he whimpers.

Vladimir's cackling.

"you sound like a woman getting fucked," he says. "this is a good day."

(Although to be fair, Tuxedo Mask in the comics actually does have real attacks instead of just speeches, roses, and psychometry.)

Mmm. Like - because concussion/weird head trauma/he honestly hasn't physically been in Fisk's presence that often - he doesn't recognize Fisk until dude says something, right?

Matt wakes up all "who's there, who's in here with me?"
and Fisk really confused and intrigued, like: how did he not recognize me until I started talking?

I can imagine Matt being all protective.

I had the worst idea and by worst I mean best. This is completely cracky, but if you want to make it serious go ahead.

Matt and Foggy are Gems. When they become a fusion they are Daredevil.

Foggy is shocked that Maddie has never owned a vibrator; she figures it's a Catholic thing, but: "Foggy, sometimes I can't even wear tight jeans, I'm so sensitive. What's a vibrator going to do to me?" "... Wanna find out?"

For real though these characters are the same ageish as I am, and you know it's all about their high school nostalgia. I would bet you Foggy knows all the words to "it's gonna be me" and "oops I did it again"

"I can't," Matt says through his gritted teeth, and Fisk holds very, very still for a minute.

"You can't, or you -" and he stops, and appears to consider his words, and says, sounding absolutely level, "when you can, please. Move to the right."

Matt would drop his face down and hide, but that would mean hiding his face in Fisk's coat. the only way he knows for sure that this isn't an actual nightmare is that his subconscious has never been this inventively cruel, before.

when Foggy's pissed off, he plays Papa Roach

There's a lot of Smash Mouth in their lives

Matt hates "Personal Jesus" and "Mary, Mary" because Foggy used to passive-aggressively play them at him in their room when he was annoyed

And maybe Matt drifts off at some point and starts mumbling to Foggy about something- like, something about a case or how his head hurts or maybe even a reference to their college days and Fisk is like a) what's a foggy, and b) no I did not pass that exam on torts because i didn't go to law school what the actual fuck

Daredevil or Matt saying that when it's actually a problem. Because stupid sighted people he can't drive and he can't use the touch screen and no he can't diffuse the bomb. He knows what green is but not the green wire.

(this implies that their habit, when Matt is badly hurt, is to snuggle together. i don't care platonic snuggles or romantic snuggles but it is now so: when Matt has a really bad concussion he gets confused and freaked out. claire asked foggy to stay over one night, and he did, and he wound up crawling in bed with matt, and matt did a lot better with another person/heartbeat in bed with him. so now it's a THING.)

i really really just want Matt drifting - with a piece of rebar through his calf and a bad concussion or something - and going "fuck, i forgot to file the extension for the martinez case, don't let me forget."

"what," fisk says, totally fucking confused.

"move," Daredevil says, and he's obviously still in pain, but he's also - relaxed? comfortable? "your stupid knee is digging into my bruised kidney, jerk."

"Daredevil," Fisk grits. "wake up."

"or my appendix," Daredevil muses, "you think i should get it out? you - wait, what? where the fuck am i?"

"under half a building," fisk says. "you have a concussion."

"fuck," Daredevil says.
