Prompt Freeze & Fill Fest (15-22nd June)

Prompt Post 4 will open after 10pm (BST) June 22nd. Until then, go through previous prompt posts and find something to fill!

Some things!
  • Firstly: look, a poll! Because I'm nosey and I want to know more about the demographics of meme. It's entirely anonymous, and you only have to answer as many questions as you feel comfortable with. You can see the responses here.

  • Secondly: You can use this post to promote any prompts that you want to see filled. Include a link and brief summary - don't paste the whole prompt here (unless it's really, really short). There's no limit to how many prompts you can link to but, you know, be sensible. Do not post new prompts here!

  • Thirdly: Finding prompts you want to fill, or to see if the thing you want to prompt already exists. That's what the delicious account is for! It doesn't have everything - so far, all of post #1 and the first twenty pages of post #2 are on there, and it's always being slowly updated. Every bookmark is tagged with the pairings, characters and prompt keywords, as well as its filled/unfilled status. Click on any tag to see every prompt connected to it, and add related tags to narrow down your search :D

There's an easy to read list of every tag we've used here, or click Tags in the above link. There's also Tag Bundles if you want to see, for example, every crossover, or every kink.

Delicious is useless in many ways, but the one good thing is full text search. We can't tag with every potentially relevant thing, but we do include as much of the comment as possible and this is searchable! Go to this link. In either the topbar or sidebar, there should be a white box with @daredevilkink in it. This is the search box. Type whatever you're looking for in there, and another box should come up saying, for example, "Search time travel in @undefined's links". Click that, and it should come up with every prompt that includes the words 'time travel'. Hopefully.

You do have to be precise (a search for 'homophobia' does not bring up a prompt only mentioning 'homophobic', for example), so if you're looking for something particular be sure to try every possible keyword. If it's not working for you or something doesn't make sense, comment here or on the mod post and I will try to help!

  • Or you could just ask for whatever you're looking for on the discussion post and I some lovely anon will track it down for you.

I am maybe filling the last one. As in I have a thousand words written of it and I have no idea what I'm doing.
