NAYRT but if they meant this scene, there were no tears. I don't know what they're talking about either. Foggy makes crying faces and his eyes look teary a couple of times but I never noticed tear tracks, not even when he was full tilt 'I only ever needed my friend.' Someone please prove I'm wrong, that would be cool.
