Its illegal, can result in brain damage and death to attacker and victim, and doesn't even spray as well as mace. This is basically a nuclear option that will get you up on charges unless you can prove that you were actively being murdered when you used it. Yet still some people take that risk because they're terrified or misinformed.
It'd make an interesting case for N&M
