Okay, so I went ahead and commented on it. I did this in Word with the Track Changes feature. Not sure if you can make use of that, so I've got a Word and a PDF version for you.

I hope it's okay that I made so many suggestions. You don't have to use them all, obviously. Totally up to you. Oh, and I really liked this, I think it's a great How-to Guide. I wish I'd had something like that when I started out!
