SA: Or you could noodle around on the faculty page, and see what that faculty member is currently teaching:

Professor Dorf apparently taught in 2006-2007, which is several years before our heros got to law school, but he did include syllabi for his classes on the website: http://www.law.columbia.edu/faculty/faculty_pages/Dorf/

...which syllabi will give you readings, to help with the believable assignments bit.
