It definitely sounds interesting and I think the anti-Daredevil group should find out about Matt being Daredevil after they get to know him for that layer of "this is the guy we hate, but we also kinda like him, what do we do?"

OP here. Interesting twist! Though I'm personally not so fond of the reveal fics. I mean, yes, that would probably work, but I think I'd like to leave the big reveal to Karen to the actual show and not do it in fic. And I don't really see how this could be done without Karen in the know. Well, maybe it could. Let me ponder this for a while. :-)

No, I'm not talking about Karen, but the group that hates Daredevil and that guy Zack finding out.

Yep, gotcha. Guess what I meant to say is... it'd feel wrong if Matt deliberately revealed his identity to a group of total strangers, when he's not ready to do it in front of Karen. She's pretty deeply involved in all the planning around how to dismantle these Retributionists, and I don't really see how that would happen without Matt also revealing that he's Daredevil to Karen.

But I think what the other anon said sparked something, so I may have a better grip on the story now. Thanks for your input!

Obvioulsy he wouldn't do it deliberately. It'd be an accidental reveal, but I'm glad you got unstuck.
