OP of times:
My maths was a bit rushed and I may have made a slight mistake and forgotten about Summer/Daylight Saving. So Europe will have to stay up a bit later (I believe it is around 11 pm?)

In the future it may be more convenient to have two times as EU and AUS are not fun to co-ordinate.

3pm Central US time is 10pm Central European Time. That's okay with me too, though for some it might be a bit late.
