I feel like sometimes he does miss being able to see things like people's faces, and such, but at that moment, it was mostly for Karen's sake. After all, he'd only met her and was trying to get info from her.

On another note, there are some fics that look at that, whether he actually misses the sky or whatever.

Well, the last things little Matty Murdock saw (in the opening scene) were the sky and his father's face.

Only one of those is left now. It's probably not the one he'd really love to see again. But it is the one that he's never gotten or going to get to touch.
