Ugh, same. A couple people commented for the first few parts of mine but then they all kind of went away by the end?

And I thought, well... maybe people were turned off by the content (it's pretty much 5000+ words of torture porn/noncon), but like... if that's the case I don't understand because it's literally what the op asked for and what everyone in the thread was looking for. XD

Or maybe I'm just super bad at writing and scared everyone away by how awful (technique-wise) it was. People were looking forward to it and then all I got was silence in response so I feel like it was a disappointing fill.

You got not a lot of response to that? Really? I read it and thought it was awesome (because I like things that are ickywrongbad), and you're right - it was exactly what people asked for!

Yeah, I'm... really confused, tbh. I got a couple of comments on the first parts and then the people that had been commenting just dropped off toward the end (when things got violent), and I only got a couple comments on ao3 (which I appreciate!), so I'm just kind of like: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

(though, perhaps the prompt freeze has something to do with it and people just stopped checking back at the thread? idk. i just want people to like my fic, haha i'm pathetic)

I love that fic (and just left you kudos on AO3). I'm sorry that I'm not much of a commenter. I'm excited to see that you're working on a sequel.
