I think that's the term for when someone writes a "fill" for a "prompt" that was actually someone accidentally commenting on the meme itself when they meant to comment, like, on another fill? Like I saw someone posted "GAH!!!" and a few people wrote stories based on it. Just some fun!

When I frequented the Hetalia kink meme many years ago it was definitely a thing, but I can't remember if I've seen it anywhere else. It possibly depends on how quick the mods are about deleting misfires.
