I don't usually watch these interviews etc. because usually I don't care a whole lot about what actors have to say tbh but I was so happy to have the leaked trailer and Jon is surprisingly handsome in the photographs I have seen. Plus I do like reading about what the directors said and that has got me very excited for season two. Darker and more emotional - I hope there is a lot of pretty, pretty crying.

Also downthread - man, I'm glad I'm not a celebrity. You guys are fuckin vultures who need a real problematic fave to distract you I s2g.

ALSO I am facepalming so hard at the MattFoggy fan oh my GOD why does this always happen? I'm always like bro as a fan of my OTP I was counting on you to not be embarrassing! We were all rooting for you!

IKR @ the MattFoggy fan? I have so much second hand embarrassment like holy fuck. There was an interviewer a while ago who asked Charlie who would DD choose if he had to make out with Superman or Batman, and Charlie declined to answer because Marvel would fire him, but fucking MattFoggy fandom were pisssssed that he didn't automatically answer FOGGY HE WOULD MAKE OUT WITH FOGGY. Like how delusional are you people to be pissed about that? And how much do you want to bet that same MattFoggy fan is here on the km tho? ayrt first of all who said anything about prompts, like at all? Did you even read what I wrote? dude I love matt/foggy but for several fans to get honestly pissed off at Charlie for not publicly announcing that DD would ONLY make out with Foggy? There's a reality fail there. I totally know not all of us are like that, *I'M* not like that, but there are snapewives in every fandom, this one included. I don't trigger easy, but the handful of mattfoggy fans who were out in force this weekend (and the one begging Deborah to get Charlie to kiss Elden on the mouth) made me suuuuper uncomfortable. All i wanted was to cruise twitter for the NYCC and they went and made it weird. Fandom and slash has come a long way in the last 20 years, but some social media fans are taking us back to the point where I just want to call out the first rule of slash fandom all over again and not talk about it EVER, and that's not cool. I'm sorry if you think my comment was directed to you, but if you're not crossing those fictional/irl boundaries in poor ways, then it wasn't. If you are the fans who keep dogging celebrities to validate your ships or publicly enact your sexual fantasies for your own gratification, then hell yeah my delusional comment was aimed at you.

AYRT is very displeased at being called delusional as she is a very chill shipper who only wishes to write and read fanfic and knows that 99% of MattFoggy shippers are exactly the same. Most pairings whether het or slash have embarrassing people who don't know boundaries and it's awful every time because it paints shippers, especially those of us who look to pairings with lgb characters for queer self expression, as creepy people who you don't want to associate with.

Yeah not all of Matt/Foggy shipper are like those he mentioend. I know they are not cannon and there is no way the show will make them but ehre we can dream
