Do you know who stared the whole Foggy is bi thing? I'm totally cool with it, but I am just curious as to where it came from?
I assume it's the part where he calls Matt good looking approximately three seconds after he meets him. Like, a straight dude might do that, but maybe not with so much enthusiasm.

as well as what the above anon said i've seen talk of the "was anything ever real with us?" line from nelson vs murdock being an argument for foggy's bisexuality

Foggy has thirst. Even if he is straight mostly, Matt Murdock makes everyone feel some sort of way. He is very attractive and awakened heterosexual feelings inside myself thaf were dormant for quite some time.
I think it's as simple as the fact that people want to slash ship him with Matt, but in canon you see him chase and sleep with women. That's really it. Any character who fans don't want to or can't fanon as gay because of canon kind of just automatically defaults to bi for shipping purposes.
It's why Tony Stark is fanoned as bi, but Steve Rogers isn't. You see Tony sleep with and enjoy being with women. Steve's kissing women in canon is done in a way where you could easily say that the women initiated it and Steve didn't. Hence one is bi, while the other is gay. Or you're writing an AU or having to explain canon away in a complicated way.
At least that's my impression of things.

SA - Not to imply above that I don't think he could be bi in canon. I agree with the other anons that he definitely appears to be, if not attracted to Matt, at least confortable enough with whatever his own sexuality is to not be bothered if their relationship is perceived that way by Matt or others.

I seem to remember seeing a prompt for Dad!Frank that I can't find in his delicious tag. It wasn't the 'babysitting deaged avocados' one, it was a more general 'what if Frank with kids' that had a couple options in it, what if Frank's original kids lived and only Maria was killed, what if Mpreg, I think some other ideas? IIRC there was a good discussion thread but no formal fill.

Okay so you started a fill, wrote a few parts but then you lost your muse because of whatever reason but now you're stuck cause time has passed and ... Urrgghhh how do you usually un-stuck?
In my honest bi opinion, he just seems like someone who would not be heterosexual. I ship him with Matt really hard but I wouldn't if there wasn't some fairly obvious (imo) attraction going on. Like I don't really think either comics Foggy or comics Matt is bisexual, they seem very brotherly to me and even though I'm like 'yeah that is a fun idea' I'm not like 'that is the gayest ever' .......at least most of the time, Waid's run was slightly questionable but that's neither here nor their lol
