I'm reporting this thread. It's just wrong to steal a persons post. It's not cool people.
Oh, wow! I read some of Spider-Girl years ago, and I didn't really know anything about Daredevil, but I always thought Darkdevil was just Ben Reilly (the spider clone) for some reason dressing up as DD. I had no idea he was also (?) Matt's ghost.
Darkdevil was kind of Spider-Girl's mentor, and I remember he was always kind of a dick to her. Like, not cruel but he antagonized her as a way of motivating her. I guess he was copying Stick's teaching style a little. xD

IKR? Matt basically drives this clone to go home, and home is basically Foggy Nelson. I can't remember if Kaine Parker (the evil original Peter Parker clone who Matt died trying to defend) ever tells people Matt is dead, though? Someone refresh my memory! Matt/DD dies trying to protect Kaine from Kingpin and Kaine (who actually legit cries over Matt being dead) carries Matt's dead body away to try to revive him all night, but it doesn't work. I don't remember if Foggy was able to bury Matt or if he just assumed DD is dead somewhere and never knows for sure? And then the teenage Spider clone shows up seeking an internship and, omg, Matt's there but Foggy doesn't know...
Yes, that's right! He pushed her to be better, do better, and I don't think he actually tells her about how they're related until Zarathos catches him and is about to kill him and Spider-Girl rescues him? Man, it's been a long time since I read this but now I really want to go back and fill in the blanks because I'm not remembering some things.

Not op or ayrt but uh, whatever the reason for the post, it obviously spurred some good discussion. I agree it's wrong to post someone else's words w/o their consent or knowledge, but there's a lot of decent points in this thread and a lot of things that made me think, so I hope it doesn't get deleted. Because then my words would be getting deleted w/o my consent.
My perfectly ok comments on posts that go wanky get deleted, it's the nature of the beast.

I think Elden presents himself as a chilling kind of guy. He might seem like he doesnt care but he does. He doesnt have to be sueper excited about it or anything but so far the Interviews i0'd seen. He looks good. The guy likes to joke around that's a factor of his personality It's liek he doesnt take things too serious. He is always cracking some jokes and even mroe whn it is about his weight, I remmemebr one of them being about the DD red suit that eh wanetd to try but the y did it only on one size and the "fat guys like donnuts" at teh HG premiere.
If you are talking about Henson not being in much ineterviews that will be just personal problems.
In a podcast he said that when he was shooting THG in Paris his wife was on her last weeks of pregnancy. He said he finished filming THg and the next week he was gonna start with DD and her wife went into labour. Her wife got post partum depression and he said there were a rough few months for him cause he had the baby, his wife and his new job and he had to balance all that.
Its not like eh doesnt care. remember that this is his job and he wont care more about his job than his personal life.
Maybe with this new season we are gonna see more of him but I really dont think so. Interviews will focuss more on Electra and The Punisher than Foggy, Karen or Claire. That doesnt mean we wont see Elden Henson being interviewed of course we are but not much cause with all that's comign I think Foggy will be on the sidelines (I hope I'm wrong tho).

If someone hit him, his glasses should have come off, right? So maybe a sniper takes a shot at him and it grazes his cheek or something? I haven't seen anything about Bullseye being in S2, but that's cool. We have enough new characters tbh.

He is a one not character. And character could take his place.
Sounds like you haven't actually read much of the comics. His character has evolved a lot over the years.
