Once Sherlock susses out Matt's territorial issues, he could have a lot of fun messing with him. (possibly by being overly familiar with Foggy, to start with.) Because an emotional opponent is an opponent who makes mistakes and Sherlock's going to be poking at every sore spot he can find.
