Everyone tries to teach Santino self defense but they're terrible ("The trick is to punch hem from five feet away so there's time to dodge if it doesn't work" "Kamala I only have 24" of arm" Maybe someone (or a few someones) takes Karen aside and gives her something better than pepper spray.
Karen is the one they go to when they have some clues and shit and she explains how to look through financial records and such like an adult instead of breaking into warehouses to punch people (and also how to ask Matt to break into warehouses)
Claire is the one they go to for advice because they have sniffed her out as the 'competent emotionally secure adult'
