Personally I'm a fan of Fiasco, which I think would adapt well for a visually impaired player. There are no stats, and it's pretty much all oral roleplay/ improv. You'd just need to get the rulebook and the playsets translated into Braille, and in a pinch could probably get by with having a sighted player explain the rules and read the playset aloud. Oh, and a set of Braille dice would be handy, too.
