I've seen a lot of Civil War prompts and I'm raising you a Secret Invasion one!
Matt's been in love with Foggy for years, but always figured himself too broken and damaged for him/thought Foggy completely straight. Then, a few months after the whole Fisk thing, Matt and Foggy get together. And it's absolutely PERFECT, they're that ridiculous couple that's been made for each other and pisses off less happy people. Matt is genuinely happy for the first time in YEARS, has someone who cares for him when he's wounded, someone who loves him unconditionally, someone to come home to.
Then the Secret Invasion thing goes down and it turns out that the Foggy Matt's been in a relationship with? Yeah, a Skrull.
The real Foggy has been replaced not long after Fisk, so he missed the whole 'moving forward' phase of his friendship with Matt, and most definitely missed the 'getting together with Matt' part. Oh, and he's actually NOT interested in a relationship with his best friend. So, how does he react to a world in which apparently he's Matt Murdock's boyfriend/fiance? Does he deal with that, or is this a thing people try to keep a secret from him?
How does Matt deal - or doesn't deal?
UBER BONUS POINT: the Skrull agent was sent to keep an eye on Daredevil, but he truly and honestly and totally fell in love with one Matt Murdock, because how can you NOT love that man. He compromised his mission/went rogue because of that, and he cannot wrap his head around the fact that the real Foggy Nelson has never been interested in Matt as a romantic partner.
