Since it's a safehouse, there's probably only the bare essentials. Which means Frank will probably have to join Matt under the covers and give him a good rubbing *coughs* to warm him up, of course.

This website http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Hypothermia/Pages/Treatment.aspx says: "If possible, give the person warm drinks (not alcohol) or high-energy foods, such as chocolate, to help warm them up. But only do this if they can swallow normally – ask them to cough to see if they can swallow" and now I cannot get the image of Frank feeding Matt some chocolate (maybe small bites, half melted, mouth-to-mouth because Matt is still out of it?) out of my head.
