Noncon isn't usually my bag bc I'm more here for the emotional than the physical aspects. This is the emotional headfucking I didn't know I wanted. You basically dumped the reader next to Matt on the roller coaster ride of pain and confusion that is his mind, disabled all the safety measures, and sent us hurtling down the track at full speed. (In terms that make sense, hopefully: your style really made the reader feel invested and conveyed Matt's confused, terrified mental state)

If nothing else makes sense, just know that I loved it
