Pretty much I just want to see Matt having gone back to save Vladimir or Vladimir surviving and finding Matt and becoming his room mate of sorts. Eventually (don't have a preference) they end up fucking. They start to actually kind of like each other more romantically as time goes on. All that can be implied. It doesn't have to be horrendously expanded upon how Matt and Vladimir start living together or how their relationship started. I'd be okay with established. I'm only here for the threesome to be honest.

One day after a particularly bad fight, Matt calls Claire and forgets to mention Vladimir. When she gets there she's pissed and her and Vladimir get into after she fixes Matt up and they are in each others face arguing and Matt's off to the side "watching" their interaction and suddenly he just sort of makes this kind of sexual noise at the thought of both of them together. Claire is confused but Vladimir recognizes the sound for what it is. He looks from Matt to Claire and back again and just sort of smirks and says out loud, "I'm okay with this idea." Or something to the effect and then I don't care how she's convinced. Just somehow they convince her to have a three way with them and it's a fight for dominance the whole time. Particularly between Vladimir and Claire. And maybe Matt getting kind of jealous at how much attention they are giving each other, no matter how angry that attention is. But it all ends well and they all decide that this arrangement is quite satisfactory and they should do it again sometime.
